On the 20th, IGIS Asset Management announced that it had signed a three-party Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with SK Securities and Yonsei University Bio-Health Tech Holdings to promote the growth of the bio-health startup ecosystem.

Through this agreement, the three parties aim to establish a collaborative framework to discover and nurture promising startups in the bio-health sector, develop business spaces and infrastructure, and support investment attraction.

As a leading alternative investment asset manager, IGIS Asset Management plans to utilize its diverse commercial real estate portfolio to offer optimized business spaces tailored to the needs of bio-health startups.

Leveraging its capital market expertise, SK Securities will provide support for investment attraction and customized financial solutions at each stage of startup growth.

Yonsei University Bio-Health Tech Holdings will contribute its research infrastructure and technological capabilities to discover high-potential bio-health companies and provide expert technical consulting.
