Recognizing the growth potential of Korea’s REIT market, IGIS Asset Management established an independent REIT asset management company (AMC) in 2018. Since listing two REITs on the KOSPI in 2020, we have expanded to five REITs, including three private funds. With a disciplined investment strategy focused on acquiring high-quality assets, enhancing value, and capital recycling, we maximize shareholder returns while ensuring stable dividends and transparent management.

Listed on the KOSPI in July 2020, IGIS Value Plus REIT is IGIS Asset Management’s flagship publicly listed REIT, primarily investing in prime office properties. It allocates at least 70% of its portfolio to core assets for stable dividend income, while up to 30% is directed toward high-growth +Alpha assets to capture additional upside potential. With an active investment strategy, it leverages +Alpha assets to generate extra returns, including capital gains from asset sales.

Listed on the KOSPI in August 2020, IGIS ResidenceREIT is Korea’s only publicly listed REIT specializing in the residential sector. It strategically invests in traditional residential assets such as rental housing and multi-family properties, as well as emerging sectors including co-living, dormitories, and senior housing, building a balanced portfolio focused on both stability and profitability.

IGIS Yongsan Youth Housing Real Estate Investment Trust is developing a 988-unit youth housing project near Hyochang Park Station in Yongsan-gu, Seoul. The project, with an estimated total cost of KRW 500 billion, is scheduled for completion by the end of 2026 and will be operated as a rental property for ten years.

IGIS Youth Housing No. 1 Real Estate Investment Trust manages 636 units of youth housing and neighborhood commercial facilities near Cheonho Station in Gangdong-gu, Seoul. With a total asset value of approximately KRW 300 billion, the property will be leased and operated until 2030, after which it will be sold.
