This annual poll gathers insights from influential investors and financial experts across Asia to assess companies based on management excellence, corporate governance, and innovation. The awards, ranked Gold, Silver, and Bronze in each category, serve as a key benchmark for evaluating leadership and strategic execution in the financial sector.

IGIS Asset Management has been actively expanding its eco-friendly investment portfolio in collaboration with institutional investors. To date, the firm has successfully obtained 29 LEED certifications across its managed assets, further solidifying its sustainability leadership in real estate investment.

Among its LEED Platinum-certified properties are: Taepyeongno Building, Signature Tower, and Autoway Tower. Additionally, the following properties have achieved LEED Gold certification: Time Work Myeongdong, Shinhan Securities Building, Seoul City Tower, Dongtan Time Terrace, and Suseong Square.

Other assets, such as The Hoonus Building and The Top Building, have secured LEED Silver certification.
