IGIS Asset Management announced that the fund managing Auto Way Tower (located in Daechi-dong, Gangnam, Seoul) received the highest 5-Stars rating from GRESB, an international ESG rating organization, for the 7th consecutive year. The Auto Way Tower fund achieved a record-high score of 97 out of 100 in the 2023 GRESB sustainability assessment, surpassing the average score of 74 within the ESG evaluation.

GRESB is an international organization that annually uates and publishes the sustainability performance of real assets such as real estate and infrastructure. In 2023, over 2,000 organizations, including real estate leasing companies, REITs, funds, and developers, participated, providing ESG data for assets totaling USD 7.2 trillion.

IGIS Asset Management has been continuously participating in GRESB evaluations since 2017 for the Auto Way Tower fund, which has earned a 5-star rating for seven consecutive years. The fund’s success demonstrates IGIS Asset Management’s commitment to reducing energy, water usage, and greenhouse gas emissions across its managed assets.

In addition, Twin Tree Tower (located in Jungnang-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul), Signature Tower (located in Supyo-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul), and Centerfield (located in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul) have also earned the GRESB 5-star rating for two consecutive years, maintaining the company’s leading position in sustainable asset management.
